Available Delivery Options

Local Pickup
Families are welcome to visit and pick up their puppy in person. This allows you to meet your puppy, see the environment they were raised in, and receive personal guidance from us. We’ll provide clear directions and make your visit both smooth and memorable.

Ground Transport
For families within driving range, we offer ground transportation via trusted pet transport professionals. Vehicles are climate-controlled, and puppies enjoy regular breaks for food, water, and rest during the trip.

Airline Pet Cargo
For longer distances, we ship safely through certified airline pet cargo services. Puppies travel in airline-approved, climate-controlled crates with cozy bedding and a familiar item for comfort. We only use airlines that uphold the highest standards for animal safety.

  • Ground Transport: Custom quote based on delivery location

  • Airline Shipping: Varies by destination; includes crate, health certificate, and necessary paperwork

Delivery Timeline

Puppies are typically ready for delivery or pickup between 8 to 12 weeks of age, depending on their development, health, and vet clearance. Once your puppy is approved for travel, we’ll coordinate your delivery date and provide timely updates along the way.

Shipping Preparation Includes:

  • Full veterinary health exam

  • Up-to-date vaccination and deworming records

  • Official health certificate for transport

  • Travel comfort kit (soft blanket or toy with familiar scent)

Tracking & Confirmation

Once your puppy is en route, you’ll receive real-time updates and estimated arrival details. An adult or authorized individual must be available at the destination to receive the puppy and ensure a smooth, safe transition.

Important Notes

  • Weather Delays: Shipping may be rescheduled due to extreme heat or cold to ensure your puppy’s safety.

  • Airport Pickups: For air cargo, valid ID is required. Please arrive on time at the designated pickup location.

  • Arrival Responsibility: Someone must be present to receive the puppy. Missed deliveries may result in rescheduling or boarding fees.
