At My Guardian Malinois, we are deeply committed to raising healthy, well-tempered, and properly socialized Belgian Malinois puppies. Our Health Guarantee is a reflection of that commitment—providing you with peace of mind as you welcome your new companion into your life.

Initial Health Check

Before leaving our care, every puppy undergoes a full veterinary examination, which includes:

  • A comprehensive physical exam by a licensed veterinarian

  • Age-appropriate vaccinations

  • Routine deworming treatments

  • An official health certificate issued by a licensed vet

You will also receive detailed medical records outlining your puppy’s health history and current status.

72-Hour General Health Guarantee

We guarantee your puppy is in good health at the time of pickup or delivery. You must take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them.

If a serious pre-existing condition is discovered during this initial exam, please contact us immediately. With written confirmation from your veterinarian, we will provide:

  • A replacement puppy of equal value (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund of the purchase price

One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

We also provide a one-year guarantee covering any life-threatening genetic or congenital disorders that severely affect your puppy’s quality of life.

If such a condition is diagnosed within the first year:

  • We will offer a replacement puppy, or

  • Reimburse veterinary expenses up to the original purchase price

All claims must include a written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian. We may also request a second opinion from a vet of our choice.

Maintaining the Health Guarantee

To ensure this guarantee remains valid, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your puppy must visit a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup/delivery

  • Ongoing veterinary care, vaccinations, and parasite prevention must be maintained

  • A high-quality, breed-appropriate diet must be provided

  • Early spaying or neutering should be avoided unless medically advised

  • Any health issues must be reported to us immediately, with complete vet documentation

What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Common, treatable issues such as worms, fleas, or mild parasites

  • Injuries or illnesses caused by neglect, accidents, or improper care

  • Conditions related to poor diet, malnutrition, or obesity

  • Cosmetic or non-life-threatening issues (e.g., umbilical hernias, undescended testicles)

Lifelong Support

Our care doesn’t stop at delivery. We’re here for the long term, offering guidance and support with:

  • Training tips and advice

  • Feeding and nutrition recommendations

  • General care questions and concerns
